hamradio-sdr software package provides Debian Hamradio Software Defined Radio Packages, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hamradio-sdr
hamradio-sdr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hamradio-sdr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hamradio-sdr *
You will get with hamradio-sdr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
